What are your tech support hours?
Our normal IT support hours are Monday through Friday from 8AM-6PM, excluding federal holidays. If you’re a current managed IT services customer, we also offer after hours service.
What is Managed Nerds’ Service area?
We provide on-site tech support within a 20-mile radius of Evans, Georgia. We also work with fully remote businesses to manage their IT and secure their systems.
Do you support Google Workspace?
While we believe that office-based businesses using Windows computers will get the most mileage out of Microsoft 365, we have also seen that many solopreneurs and service-type businesses prefer Google Workspace. We can configure, support, and monitor it for you if that environment is your preference.
Does Managed Nerds® support free or personal email?
No, the most we can do is assist you in migrating to a real business branded email. Free email solutions cannot provide your business with the data protection you need, and it sure isn’t HIPAA compliant.
