Still on Gmail?
Get your own domain.

You started the business on a personal Gmail address because it was quick. Now it's on your cards, your invoices and your Google listing, and it doesn't look like a business that's here to stay.

We move you to email at your own domain, with your old mail, contacts and calendar coming along and nothing lost in the switch.

Part of our IT Support service.

What you get

Done, and handed over.

How it works

A clear start and finish.

  1. 01

    Tell us what you have

Your current address, your domain if you have one, how many people need mailboxes and which devices they use.

  2. 02

    We quote it

A fixed scope and a quote before any work starts. We'll also say whether Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace suits you better.

  3. 03

    We set up and move

New mailboxes, the DNS records, and your old mail, contacts and calendar copied across. Forwarding keeps anything sent to the old address coming in.

  4. 04

    You get the keys

Devices set up, the admin logins handed to you, and notes on what we did.

What we need from you

Your part.

  • Access to your current email account so we can move your mail
  • Your domain login, or the go-ahead to register one (see Domain and DNS Setup)
  • The names of everyone who needs a mailbox
  • A short window when you can sign in on your phone and computer
Where we do it

Remote, anywhere in the U.S.

Business email setup is done remotely, so we can do it for businesses anywhere in the United States.

If you'd like someone to set up phones and computers in person, we do that in the Augusta area only.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Will I lose my old emails?

No. We copy your existing mail, contacts and calendar into the new account, and set up forwarding so anything sent to the old address still reaches you while people catch up.

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Both work well for small businesses. If you live in Word and Excel, Microsoft 365 usually fits; if you already run on Gmail and Google Docs, Workspace is the easier move. We'll tell you which we'd pick for you and why.

Do I need a domain first?

Yes, email at your own domain needs one. If you don't have it yet, we can register it in your business's name as part of the job.

How is it priced?

Every project is quoted after we know what you have and what you need. Tell us about it through the contact form and we'll send a quote.
