Saturday morning
can't go down.

For golf courses and golf shops in the greater Augusta area. The pro shop, the grill, the tee sheet and the guest Wi-Fi all share one property, and all of them have to work when the first tee time is at seven.

How we help

IT, security and SEO. One team.

IT services
Augusta area, on-site and remote

Networks kept apart and running.

We set up and look after the network across the property so the pieces that take money never share a network with the guests.

  • Pro shop, grill, tee sheet and office on their own networks
  • Card readers and point-of-sale kept off the guest Wi-Fi
  • Guest Wi-Fi that reaches the clubhouse and patio
  • Shop and office computers set up and looked after

Staff accounts and email locked down.

Seasonal staff come and go, and the shared logins tend to stay. We tidy that up and keep watch on the email that invoices and bookings come through.

  • A login for each staff member, removed when they leave
  • Sign-in codes on email and the booking system
  • Email security against fake invoices and phishing
  • Security software on the shop and office computers

SEO
Remote

Found by the golfers looking for you.

Visitors in town for a tournament and locals looking for a round both start on Google. We keep what they find accurate and easy to act on.

  • The course's Google Business Profile: hours, photos, services
  • A website that shows tee times and upcoming events
  • The course's name, address and phone the same everywhere
  • Reviews asked for in a way that follows Google's rules

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Why keep the guest Wi-Fi apart from the pro shop?

Anyone in the parking lot can join a guest network. If the card readers, tee sheet computer or office share that network, a stranger's device sits next to the machines that take payments. Separate networks keep each one to itself.

Do you come out to the course?

Yes, for courses and shops in the greater Augusta area. Network and computer setup is on-site work, and we only do it locally.

Can you help with our Google listing and website too?

Yes. That part is done remotely: the Google Business Profile, the website that shows tee times and events, and keeping the course's details the same across the web.

Do you replace our tee sheet or point-of-sale software?

No. We keep the network, computers and accounts around them working and secure. The software itself stays with its vendor.
