Stuck on Google
verification?

You've tried to verify your Google Business Profile and it keeps failing. Or the video check got rejected, someone else claimed your listing years ago, or you work from home and don't want your address on a map.

We create or claim your listing and work through Google's verification with you until it's verified, then fill in everything that helps people find and choose you.

Where people get stuck

Verification is the hard part. We do it with you.

Setting up a profile takes minutes. Getting it verified is where most owners give up. Google decides which verification options a business gets, and those options vary from one business to the next and change over time, so there's no single recipe. We've been through it enough to know what Google is looking for.

  • Verification that keeps failing, or a code that never arrives
  • A video check that got rejected
  • A home-based business that doesn't want its address shown
  • A listing someone else claimed years ago (a former employee, an old marketing company)
  • A profile that's been suspended
What you get

Done, and handed over.

How it works

A clear start and finish.

  1. 01

    Tell us what's happening

Whether you have a listing, what you've tried and where it got stuck. Screenshots of any error messages help.

  2. 02

    We quote it

We look at the listing's history and send a fixed scope and a quote.

  3. 03

    We work through verification

We prepare the profile so it's ready for review, then go through Google's verification steps with you. Some steps can only be done by the owner, and we'll walk you through them.

  4. 04

    We fill it in

Once it's verified: categories, services, service areas, hours, photos, the website link and your review request process.

  5. 05

    You get the keys

You own the profile. We hand over notes on what we set up and how to ask for reviews.

What we need from you

Your part.

  • The Google account you want to own the listing (or we'll help you make one)
  • Proof of the business: your name, address, phone, and documents Google may ask for
  • Your time for the verification steps Google asks the owner to do
  • A few good photos, or permission to take some
Who it's for

A good fit if…

Any business that serves local customers and isn't showing up properly on Google, especially if verification has stalled.

  • You don't have a profile yet, or you can't get it verified
  • Someone else controls your listing
  • You work from home or travel to customers
  • Your profile was suspended and you don't know why
Where we do it

Remote, anywhere in the U.S.

Business Profile work is done online and over video calls, so we can do it for businesses anywhere in the United States.

Your profile shows the area you actually serve, wherever that is.

FAQ

Questions we get asked.

How long does verification take?

It depends on the business and on what Google asks for, and Google changes its process often. We don't promise a timeline we don't control, but we stay with it until the profile is verified.

Can you guarantee Google will verify my business?

No one can. Google makes the decision. What we can do is make sure the profile and your information are in order and work through every step Google gives you.

I work from home. Will my address be public?

Businesses that serve customers at their location can usually hide the address and show a service area instead. We'll set it up that way if it fits how you work.

Someone else claimed my listing. Can you get it back?

Often, yes. Google has a process for requesting ownership of a listing, and we'll go through it with you.

How is it priced?

Every project is quoted once we know the listing's history. Tell us about it through the contact form.
