Who provides the phone service?
A VoIP provider. We work with Aircall as well as other VoIP providers: we help you choose one that fits, get you quotes and set it all up. The phone service itself, and its bill, come from the provider.
Can I keep my current number?
Often, yes. Whether a number can move depends on the current carrier and the kind of number. We'll check before we quote.
Do I need desk phones?
No. Most small teams use an app on their cell phones and computers. If you want desk phones too, tell us and we'll include them.
What's call tracking?
Separate numbers for your ads and listings that forward to your main line, so you can see which ones make the phone ring. We set things up so it's easy to add when you're ready.
How is it priced?
The phone service is billed by the VoIP provider you choose, and we get you quotes to compare. Our setup work is quoted once we know how many people and numbers are involved. Tell us about it through the contact form.
