My site is on Wix or Squarespace. Can you clean it?
No, this project is WordPress only. Hosted builders handle their own platform security. If the site isn't working for you, look at Website Rebuild instead.
Do I have to move to your hosting?
Yes, that's part of the project. Cleaning a site and leaving it on the setup that got it hacked usually means doing it all again later.
Will my site be down during the cleanup?
It depends on how bad the infection is. Sometimes a site needs to come down briefly to stop it harming visitors. We'll tell you before we take it offline.
How is it priced?
